Prior to the use of synthetic 320 Heat Transfer Oil, a dehydration treatment is essential. The process for dehydrating synthetic heat transfer oil, such as our Dibenzylbenzene (DBT) and Monobenzyltoluene (MBT) based products, involves starting the circulation oil pump and heating the oil to 100°C. Open the drain valve in the heating and cooling system pipeline of the synthetic heat transfer oil circulation; then, roll and rotate to allow the 320 Heat Transfer Oil to flow from the drain valve into a container, expelling moisture that evaporates with the oil. Reintroduce the heat transfer oil from the container back into the circulation pipeline, and after heating, drain it out to evaporate the moisture once more. Heat the circulation line to 130°C and circulate the heat transfer oil for 4-8 hours. Once the oil is free of volatile substances, cease the dehydration process and close the drain valve.

When circulating synthetic heat transfer oil, it’s crucial to maintain it within closed pipelines, ensuring it does not come into direct contact with air. Avoid mixing different specifications of synthetic heat transfer oil when using Jiangxi Tianyi Special Oil Co., LTD.'s 320 Heat Transfer Oil.
